The AI walks you through onboarding in about 3 minutes — goals, your existing stack, wake and sleep times, and timezone. Your supplements are matched against the database and doses, timing, and interactions are auto-filled.

Reminders arrive

Supplement reminders start the next morning at your scheduled times. Reply "done" or "skip" — compliance is logged automatically. Peptide users also receive a reconstitution guide and full injection schedule on setup.

Check-ins activate

Morning sleep quality check-ins begin — rate your night 1–10, or add a note. If you have a skin goal, daily skin reminders and selfie scoring activate. Your first compliance streak starts building.

Optimize

By week two, run "status" for an AI 30-day progress report and "score" for your Healthspan Score. Join the leaderboard. Send a selfie for skin scoring or text "lab" to upload your bloodwork.

  • Log compliance immediately when your reminder arrives — one word, every day. The streak data is what makes AI recommendations more accurate over time.
  • Include a reason when skipping: "skip back pain" or "skip — travel" is logged and analyzed to surface patterns in your adherence.
  • Run "recommend" every 4–6 weeks. AI protocol suggestions improve as your compliance and symptom history grows.

  • Reply "good" after every 2-hour post-injection check-in, even when nothing is wrong. It's logged for side-effect trend analysis and flags regressions early.
  • Use "reconstitute [peptide name]" anytime — not just at setup. It recalculates your exact guide if your vial size, BAC water volume, or dose changes.
  • Skip reasons matter more for peptides: "skip — site still sore" helps the AI detect rotation issues before they become problems.

Skin

  • Selfie consistency matters more than frequency — same room, same angle, natural light, no filters. Lighting variance causes more score drift than actual skin changes.
  • Use "skin history" weekly to look at your trend, not individual scores. Single assessments fluctuate; the 4–8 week trend is the real signal.
  • Be specific in text check-ins: "skin 6 — redness on chin this week" gives the AI more context than a number alone.

Sleep

  • Rate your sleep within 30 minutes of waking, before coffee or your phone. The score is most accurate when it reflects your immediate, unfiltered state.
  • Include context: "sleep 5 — had wine last night" helps the AI identify your personal sleep disruptors and correlations over time.
  • HRV is optional but powerful. If your wearable tracks it, add it to your morning check-in ("HRV 48") for richer recovery scoring.
