Terms of Service

Last updated April 20, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Healthspan OS ("Service", "we", "us"). By replying "agree" during setup or by continuing to use the Service, you accept these Terms in full.

Section 01

Service Description

Healthspan OS is a personal wellness tracking assistant delivered via iMessage. It helps you:

  • Log and track supplement and peptide protocol compliance
  • Receive scheduled reminders for your health stack
  • Review compliance reports and streaks
  • Monitor biomarkers you manually enter or sync via Apple Health
  • Receive AI-generated educational guidance about your protocols
The Service is a personal tracking and coaching tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Section 02

Not Medical Advice

The Service does not provide medical advice.

All information, guidance, protocol suggestions, and responses generated by Healthspan OS — including those produced by AI — are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes:

  • Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • A recommendation to start, stop, or modify any medication or supplement
  • A substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider
Always consult a licensed physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any supplement, peptide, or health protocol. This is especially important if you have any medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take prescription medications.

Peptides are research compounds and their safety profile in humans is not fully established. Reliance on any information from this Service is solely at your own risk.
Section 03

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal wellness tracking purposes. You agree not to:

  • Provide false health information that could result in harmful protocol recommendations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
  • Use the Service on behalf of another person without their explicit consent
  • Share your per-user webhook token or account credentials with third parties
  • Use the Service to track minors (under 18 years of age)
Section 04

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Section 05

Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of health data you provide (supplement names, doses, biomarker values, etc.). The Service uses the data you supply to generate reports and AI responses — inaccurate input produces inaccurate output.

Section 06

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of health information, and non-infringement
  • We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including any adverse health outcomes
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
If your jurisdiction does not allow some of these exclusions, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Section 07

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healthspan OS and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Section 08

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by replying "stop" or "delete my account". We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your account is soft-deleted immediately
  • Personal data is anonymized after a 30-day grace period (see Privacy Policy)
  • Anonymized compliance history is retained for service integrity
Section 09

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If you continue using the Service after an update is communicated to you, you accept the revised Terms.

Section 10

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washtenaw County, Michigan.
